I can right an entire book just to review this hotel. Room: The room itself was very dirty. Behind the cabinet and the bathroom has strain everywhere. The room itself looks like a haunted house. All the function in the room was old. I literally cannot sleep at night because of the environment was fit for a abandon hotel. Staff: The reception was ok. Never smile though. They reminds me of reception in a song Motel California. The only good thing here is it close to Central Westgate. Otherwise, do not go to this place.

Well situated hotel near the very large mall, market and with other retail and entertainment nearby. Unfortunately, like bad software, the auto update failed many years ago and hotel has been ineligible for far too long. Only recently have engineers offered a fix and updates started with an acceptable tv and reception. For the price it is ok

At the hotel is a very old one and it shows
It's in the middle of nowhere although it's nearby Central westgate you cannot cross the road as it's one way and busy. You need to take a detour.
We were here before because it's close to Ikea. So we already knew it would be bad. But it was even worse, hahaha. Next time we want to visit Ikea we'll book something more distant. It's amazing they can keep this thing going.
Good clean room. Location bad if u not have a car. Food is delicious. Staff talk almoust no english.
Too old no renovate air compressor noise so loud
Very old hotel with little maintenance. Dark at night and a strange feeling. I stayed for 2 nights only but did not feel comfortable. Walking distance to the mall along a dim light filthy dusty street. Just imagine how bad it could get during a raining day. Why they off the lobby light at night if the hotel is operating 7/24.
It is very basic, the room i had was dingy, smelled of damp paint flaking off the walls, the bed was dirty, with 5mins laying on bed had 20 bites off something. My advice, avoid it.
Hotel is of older vintage but sufficient if you want a short stay near Central Westgate. It has large rooms but they are older and somewhat tired. The room items listed on Agoda weren't accurate. For example, there is no coffee/tea maker in the room....we always travel with a small one if we know there isn't one. We couldn't find an internet signal to sign onto even though there's a password taped onto the counter at reception. There's parking in front and under the building, the lift goes down to the parking basement (nice for luggage handling). The bathroom was good and clean, but again, a little old. There's a 7-11 not far around the corner and Central is just another short walk past the 7-11. With all this being said, one must realize the price paid verses the accomodations and convenience to Central Plaza is a good value if you don't require luxury. The walk-in price was slightly lower than the online booking but you're taking your chances on availability.

Great value for the Location. Easy access to all forms of transport. Staff are excellent even though they have limited english. Rooms are very big and plenty of hot water. Food is great in the resturant. This is a fourth stay here and we use it a a base whilst we are in bangkok.
Very close to Soccergate Warehouse for soccer/Football boots and runners. Also very close to major shopping centre Central Plaza.
I think this would have been a nice place when first opened Now it was very dirty and the breakfast left a lot to be desired
easy acess to metro and cetral plaza mall and local restaurant. old hotel and noisy air conditioned, But room was clean and everyday changed linen bed and bath amenities too. I did not expected shiny room and quality. so I am satisfied for stay in cheap price and was good for breakfast too.
pricey and valuable hotel, If U think of 4 or 5 star service. this is not ideal for ../ little loud air conditioned and old wooded smell in the room. breakfast was good. very silent hotel, not many ppl. overall need a upgrade
No WiFi in rooms. Food good. Staff don't speak/understand English. Very close to the large shopping mall. Long way from BKK.
First and last visit NO WIFI NO Kettle However, the room is spacious (but creepy) The staff is attentive
After reading reviews, we were worried about the potential cleanliness.. however, on arrival, the very large room was clean (although probably needs a facelift) However, they do *not* clean rooms every day - we were there 4 days, and they cleaned it once, which left us begging reception for more toilet player, water etc, and having to tolerate our own dirty rubbish for days. The only other problem was the very high bath (with shower over) - as I am older and less mobile, I needed to place a chair beside bath, to safely access the shower. Other things were great - fridge and air-conditioning worked well, the food was excellent, the room quiet, shower warm, and it was a short walk to an excellent mall (also a 24/7 shop just around the corner). We would stay there again. However, we would attempt to establish, from the beginning, that we wanted the room cleaned regularly (maybe there is some unwritten rule, that you need to pay extra/tip the cleaning staff well, in order to have it cleaned, but this was not spelled out to us - they don't speak English very well)
As i have never been down this far from bangkok went there to see friends end up staying another two nights at this hotel ok was built in 1976 but food staff fantastic rooms huge but were clean
This place was mouse infested, dirty, even creepy. The rooms are worn out and the price was outrageous. This should be a $3 per night. TOTAL RIP OFF!!!! At one time, 30 plus years ago, this was a nice place. Now it's bad!
We stayed for the one night, but quickly left.
